Beautiful colours to share on a Friday!
Friday yippee!
My beautiful friend another Mimi and her son are coming to Brisbane tonight. I and my family can't wait. Mimi is like an older sister to me. She came into my life when I was twelve she used to work with my mum ( i say mum as mum never liked being called Mother). I could not get enough of her when I was young, I used to love it when she came to visit. She actually lived with us for awhile, I was in heaven. On the weekends she would take Mum, my sister and I up to the Dandenong's to visit her parents and we would spend many a Sunday picnicking or lunching at her Mum's. Beautiful memories!
We have so much in common we love design and decorating and we sit on the phone for ages discussing the latest in Home Beautiful, House and Garden, Country Style etc.... This weekend we can do it in person with our cups of tea and a wad of magazines, I guess this may sound boring but we love it.

ReplyDeleteDoesn't sound boring at all Mimi. Some of my most favourite times have been spent over cups of tea and design magazines with my best friend. In fact, am going up to see her in Brisbane next weekend (haven't seen each other since Feb so can't wait) to sit down and do just that. Have a lovely time together, Nx

Whoa... all that colour is so... cheerful! Starting to bring more colour into my pale beachy home to rev up for the holidays. This is wonderful inspiration (especially those intensely beautiful flowers!)
