I was feeling quite irritable before as I just received a huge mobile bill. I recently changed my mobile plan and was told there was no fee to be charged, well of course that is not the case I have been charged an extra $287.00. I immediately phoned the company and they can't help me I have to go the retailer where I upgraded from.
I was so mad until I came across this gorgeous saying "Love is all you need", I seemed to calm down as I looked around at my beautiful children and thought this is LOVE!

I am so sorry to hear about the guff up with the phone stuff - they seem to have us over a barrel don't they - one way or the other. Early exit fees, fees for this, fees for that!
